Amazon have an exclusive Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition that cost $129.99 and it doesn’t come with the game.
The Amazon listing states Not Machine Specific but you can still drop down the menu and pick one if you so desire. The listing is very clear that it doesn’t come with the game “Battlefield 1 Exclusive Collector’s Edition – Does Not Include Game” just so they can cover themselves legally – though I doubt it will help because there is always at least one person who will let the rest of us down.
What can you get in this game-less Collector’s Edition?
The Battlefield 1 Amazon Exclusive Collector’s Edition includes Collector’s Edition Statue (14″ Tall)
Exclusive Steel book
Exclusive cloth poster
Deck of playing cards
Messenger pigeon tube with exclusive DLC content
Exclusive patch
Premium packaging
This deal? is only available on the US Amazon store, but if you want a game with the rest of your goodies, then it will cost $209.99. Will this be a trend going forward and is is such a bad thing? In this post I look at both sides.
Battlefield 1 will be released on October 21 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
